    See here:

Q: How do you get hepatitis B?
HBV is spread by contact with blood or body fluids of an infected person – the same way as the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). However, HBV is 50 to 100 times more infectious than HIV.

The main ways of getting infected with HBV are:

from mother to baby at the birth (perinatal)
    from child-to-child
    unsafe injections and transfusions
    unprotected sexual contact.

Depends on the kind of Hepa B one has. If its chronic there is no cure.

    More info here.

Hepatitis B Information: Causes, Symptoms, Treatments, and More

    I just researched.

Also @Heart Pirates, you may still be reactive for Hepa B because you already have it in your system. It's more like, you have the vaccine in you when you got Hepa B.

Im no doctor so i could be wrong.

As long as you are not in any of these situations:

The main ways of getting infected with HBV are:

from mother to baby at the birth (perinatal)
    from child-to-child
    unsafe injections and transfusions
    unprotected sexual contact.

I don't have any idea where and how I get the virus.

Does it mean that I am reactive and cannot be pass to the others?

if that is the case, then, 90% you/ve got it from your mom. The time your system get weak the time it reactivated. The best way to neutralize it is to eat 1 glove of garlic twice a day - morning & evening. Seriously, stay away from s.3.x or masturbation for 90 days. Do this straight for 90 days - see the result.
