why are you so critical that the then-mayor-now-president duterte has killed criminals ??

shouldn't you be happy that those criminals are dead ??

ngano man gyud intawn na wala man gyud sympathy para sa mga victims, why always the complain about the dead criminals ??

SINGAPORE – President Rodrigo Duterte admitted on Friday to killing three people, men who were responsible for taking hostage and killing an Australian missionary.

I'm not being critical about it boss. Besides, he said it now nga presidente na siya that's why nangutana lang kos inyong thoughts. I mean where is decency? President na baya unta siya.

My point was why would you publicly announce it and he seem to be proud saying it.

I do not see why it is indecent to say so. Would you support a president who says he is clean yet has dirty results or a president who says he is dirty but produces good results.

In another scenario, mas mu tuo ka ug tao mu ingon na bakakon sya keysa sa tao mu ingon na dili sya mamakak. And so may investigations has been filed against him but bore no fruit.

And even way before sa bid nya for presidency, people in davao can attest that he is good to those who do not destroy his city. And if you recall sa katong story about australian girl, he gave the criminal a chance to surrender and live. If he is as cruel as media portrays him, then patay unta to katong time na nangidnap sila ug mga bata.

coz if he would deny or try to sway the question the media would call him a liar and will present documents and such that he has killed those criminals. so, the president, a smart man as he is, just went for the easier route. tell the truth.

i understand what you're saying that he should present himself in a decent manner, but hey, that's the truth about his past. i'm happy that he's being transparent about it all.
Sure. But no one asked him right? He could have just leave it. It affects the whole nation man gd specially ang mga bata.

I think it is indecent boss. Would you say that if you're a president? It's not just about being clean or not personally. You're a president, you have to protect your people with decency pd.

Bore no fruit kay wa may evidence. He's not a liar and I like his transparency but there are just some things that has to be classified.

I don't have anything against his work. I know he is a good man but he needs to be more diplomat IMO. He is a leader of a country NOT a gang.

We can never have the best of everything. And I appreciate his frankness. We would want a diplomat but look at all the other diplomat presidents that passed. The more things you hide, the more people will try to dig them up and put you down. He has stated his flaws so that it cannot be easily used against him. For example, his claim of killing criminals was known even during election period, thus, whenever media tries to nitpick his words about killing criminals in the past dili na ma sway mga tao. We knew he did it, and he has explained why he did it.

It would create more damage if the media dug it up, then showed it to the world. Then mu ingon daun ta na "Nanu gi tago.an man na niya? Unsa pa kaha lain gi tago.an niya?" Transparency helps dyod. Defense is the best offense as they say.

Hypocricy and "decency" is the cancer of the philippines. And it is sickening that people are more concern about it than being honest and true to his words.

we are merely ordinary citizens and yet some of us are affected with how our leader acts ... but as you can see, the great leaders of China and god-Putin is very impressed with Duterte. their opinions matters more than ours ...
That's quite out of the topic already boss. Again, I appreciate his good work and I know he is a good man. Anyway, there's always good and bad sides so I guess let's just stay positive. But i'm 100% sure that he can do better when it comes to the way he talks but kasabot ra ko
