I agree with cheaptech the real estate is in trouble plus the aggressive rate hike by US central bank ads more uncertainty, but PH stock still has a chance to rally if more investment will come, good governance maintains, more jobs, more remittance and if US central bank will hold future rate hike due to risk on multiple areas.

Just want to share my thoughts on PSEi
This second week of 2017, PSEi close at 7,238.52 a little bit lower compare to the closing price of the first week.
On daily chart, RSI hit the line that seems resistance (arrow down) then face down again. That is why we have seen down on the last three days. We will encounter a few more down days since RSI is facing down, but the point here is as long as RSI continue to play above the level of 50, it is god market on day to day basis.

On weekly chart, RSI is having problem go up above the level of 50. It need to cross the level of 50 first before we can see up market on weekly basis. But if it fail, what we can see is still in down market.
But, MACD is playing to cross and want to reverse from bearish to bullish. It this will continue, week to week market will be a bullish.
