Reading the news about the recent IED bombing in Hilongos that caused numbers of casualties during their fiesta celebration made me fear about our incoming Sinulog celebration next month since there will be a throng of crowd partying not only during the Mardi Gras but the whole week.

Hope and pray that this bombing will be put to an end.
