
Tallant Asia has an Australian client that is looking to hire a team of customer support agents. The customer support team will provide a critical role of taking inbound calls for customers of our client. The company has achieved growth and are now entering into the enterprise market.
Their core business is for service facilities to be booked in corporate offices. This is done through their application and access devices. The customer support team will take general inbound enquiries and also act as a point of contact in emergencies (such as the application or access cards not working).
As well as voice support, we are also looking for candidates that can help with building and updating manuals, updating the customer's CRM and helping with market research.
