kinsa nakasuway ug withdraw funds to citibank? mangayo ta ko ug bank code.

^^what is your purpose why nag-open ka og paypal account? is it for buying, selling, or just receiving money from someone? have you already asked BDO kung pwede ba na ilang ATM/Debit card para gamiton for paypal?

Any ATM card with either VISA or MASTERCARD logo on it can be use to register in Paypal

Yes pwede kaau ma link ang BDO ATM card sa paypal.Any card with either VISA or MASTERCARD logo can be link. But usually EON ang gi use kay pwede pud gamiton to link as credit card para maka withdraw ka. Without creditcard linked sa paypal you cannot withdraw the funds to your bank account(say BDO card)

Unionbank EON also doesn't require a maintaining balance.

I know that it does not have any maintaining balance but what I don't like is that it asks 10php for every withdrawal (ATM). Though I am still not sure if it asks for another percent when doing online transactions. Minimum Balance to avail for the annual interest is 10,000.00php.
