    limit your rice intake. eat more veggies, less pork. exercise 4-5 times a week. Go jogging or brisk walking. I did these and I lost 4 pounds in 1 month

    Maka happy magtan-aw sa weighing scale karon.. i lost 3kgs in 3 weeks.. strictly no rice, no softdrinks and juices.. veggies, fruits and lots of water lang..
