    Share lang ko hope to inspire others...

    No rice, lean meat diet ako.
    At lease 20-30 minutes of brisk-walking everyday
    Drink lemon infused warm water with honey on an empty every time I wake up

    No heavy exercise just those I mentioned above and I lost 30 pounds in 3 months.

    Pinaka lisod nga part kay ang pag let go sa rice. First one week ang pinaka hard, pero gradual change lang. first kay half cup then hinay2x i take out na siya from your diet

    I will swim 3x a week 30 mins. lng then workout 2x a week

    Half rice nga mais ra ko then otan. Nya gym sad for 1 hour. Dili lang jud lalim need jud sacrifice ka always lang ko gotomon. Pero mada rag imnan tubig hehe

    Actually you can substitute white rice to quinoa. Or make sure no carb intake before 6pm

    This is my before and after body.14% body fat 152lbs almost a year of Crossfit and meal prepping my target is less than 10% bodyfat

    3x 30 min or 500m swim then 2x yoga
    for diet ni gamit ko sa myfitnesspal nga app para ma monitor ang intake sa food in terms of amount ug ang quality in terms sa macro nutrients

    oh yes, ni kaon ko ug rice... every meal tag 200g ambot pila nah nga cups... hahaha
