that no matter what title you play. @ 1080P the FPS rating result is just the same.

    COD : 45Fps
    BF4 : 45Fps
    Batman : Fps

    etc: 45Fps MAX!

    that's a bottleneck

    Hope this answers your question..

Although haswell CPUs ra ang naa dri sa chart, but this would give you an idea on the performance you'd expect.. Most of us here, would recommend an i5 for gaming.. But if you're not planning on upgrading your GPU, I think dli m.bottleneck ang gtx 950 with the i3-6100 in most games, thanks to hyperthreading.. kung naa man gani, the difference would not be that significant..

thanks for this sir. by the way, unsay gpu paired ani nga mga proc? sa g3220 is 51? while i get 45 below on 768p high. i3-4130 @70 most probably i3-6100 would be the same?

AKAIK, the lower the resolution, the more ang load will be on your CPU.. You should be getting over 60fps at High on 768p if naa k much better nga processor since a GTX 950 is similar in performance with a GTX 760.. Clearly, n bottleneck jud imo GPU.. lol

worth it ra ba ang i3-6100 for an upgrade? given the budget is limited.

kun power na ang GPU... either single or multi, dili na ma unleash sa i3 and AMD's equivalent ang brute power sa GPU. this is the time na mag need ta'g "true" multi-core CPU... to unleash the power of the beast...

ang mga newer i3s ron, powerfull ni sila pero, kun paresan pug ug mamaw na current single GPU bisan 2nd tier lang like the GTX 1070 (not to mention SLI or Crossfire), basin dili ma unleash sa i3 or AMD's equivalent ang brute power sa GPU.

wala ko'y personal experience aning current platforms and GPU micro-architectures ron but sa previous technology CPUs and GPU, naa ko... Celeron G530, Celeron G1620, Pentium G840, i3-2120, i5-2550K (stock & OC'ed), i5-3570 (non-K), i7-3770 (non-K), Xeon E3-1230 V2 and AMD FX-6300 (stock & OC'ed)... naa ko personal experience on a single and multiple GPUs (single GTX 660 Ti and its SLI, single GTX 670 and its SLI, single HD 7770 Gig Ed and its Crossfire and single R9-270x and its Crossfire)...

akoa nang gi test tanan config na gi mention nako kay naa man ko ana nila... para akoang ma personal experience ning bottleneck sa heavy GFX games...

unsa man ang imohang current CPU & GPU? in general, worth ka mag upgrade to i3 if ang current CPU nimo kay Celeron or Pentium then medyo, power ang GPU nimo unya, gamiton nmo ang rig for gaming... a single GTX 960 and GTX 1050 and AMD's equivalent, kaya kayo ni sa i3 na I-unleash ang brute power nila...
