When can we say that GPU and CPU is bottleneck-ing?

sa ako lng nahibaw.an sa.. mahibaw.an ra nimo nga mobottleneck cea if imo cea itry/ibenchmark with games. dnha ra nimo mahibaw.an labi na ug mga competitive sa nga model imong cpu ug gpu. for example naay game nga imong cpu usage ky maabot ug 97-100% pero imong gpu ky relax ra kaayo so kana mkaingun ka nga ni bottleneck imong cpu. ako masuggest ra ky mgpost2x ka sa mga forums f nindot buh na combination imong gipili na cpu or gpu ky daghan mkahatag nimo ug advice labi na sa mga nakagamit na f mo bottleneck buh ang imong build or f okay ra.

ahh.. bottleneck jud diay ang gtx950 sa g4400.. kai sa csgo nako 1080 60hz ra monitor, 100%cpu 60-75% ra sa gpu.. mao ba ni?

yep but depende pud sa games but latest games,i5 mauy minimum system requirement.

Depende pud sa games br0.....daghan pc's makit an nmo sa youtube mga Pentium G3258 w/ GTX 750 Ti or GTX 950.pero sa ako at least i3 pwd na sa GTX 750 Ti ug GTX 950.kung i5 balance ni e pair sa GTX 960 or 1060 and i7 GTX 1070 pataas.

pila imo FPS boss? ky for me, if you'd get 60fps on the games you play with your g4400 and gtx 950 bsan p naay bottleneck, i wouldn't worry that much coz the gaming experience would be the same with 120+fps on an i7 if your gaming on a 60hz monitor..

With regards to the CPU.. Yes, it depends on the games you play.. If hilig k RTS, open-world RPGs, MMORPGs and other multiplayer games, especially with a lot of players, then an i5 or i7 would be recommended.. If single player games ra imo duwaon, i think an i3 would be enough for your gtx 950..

dili diay csgo bottleneck sir.. sorry.. sa watchdog diay sir.. can play at 1080p.. 20-50fps on 768p.. csgo kai ok ra pero maxed out sad cpu load to 100%... planning to get an i3-6100.. will this be enough for watchdog or both cpu and gpu dili maka kaya ani nga game?

ideretso nlang nag i5.kung gaplano ka moduwa sa mga upcoming games...kuwangon nang i3 in the future...
