2. pa member ug coop ... checkout cebu cfi ... member akong mama diha since late 1980s
3. you have 1 year to create business plan and start deposit/save sa coop
4. after a year adto sa coop get a loan if wala ka colateral usually upto 90% ra sa imo savings imong ma loan. if dli ka nahan colateral imong yuta and if naa ka sakyanan gamita ang sakyanan as colateral
5. that should be enough to finance your farm.

ang naka nindot man gud kng sa coop ka mo loan kay part sa imong gibayad sa loan mo lahos sa imong savings which ma gamit ra gihapon nimo later if kinahanglan ka mo refinance. ang savings sa coop dako interest nya ang ilang loan kay diminishing interest so if ever maka dawat ka 13th month sa imong day job deposit/bayad sa coop dako2 jud ug return.

Naka trabaho man gud ko @jackdi mao na on-hold ako plan for farm...but this year nahuman naman ang project sa NGO free napod ko and this time pusigido nako mo dayon sa ako plano. I am planning of implementing this december I am in the process of making the feasibility study sa situation. Will share to you if ever nakasogod nako
