Bai @spectrespook pwede ko patabang. Akong gi avail nga internet sa PLDT is 5mbps but ang naa sa profile sko router is 4mbps ra nya sa speedtest nako ang max ra nga iyang ma reach is 3.6mbps. Saon ni pag ayo?

Boss, the profile (attainable rate should be above 5Mbps) and the ideal speed result should not below 4.5. How much is your monthly bill? Did you avail for any PLDT telpad unit? Dugay na ni na install imong line? If your package is really up to 5Mbps, then you should report to 172 and follow the procedure. A Fault ticket should be created to determine the actual cause of the problem. Possible 2 causes ani, either line problem (Please check your SNR, if below 10 and attenuation if above 50 then naay problem jud ang line). Kung sa port/node profile problem, naay tech nga mo check and mo coordinate sa PLDT activation team para ma correct and speed configuration. Locally wala kay mahimo ani, but ang tech lang jud naay way.

boss kung ADSL2+ nya ang attenuation is 39.6 dB.. What should be the maximum attainable rate? Thanks!
