CHH Nurse Vs VSMH Sotto Nurse which hospital is worth it for experience?

Ask lng ko kinsay nag work sa CHH or Sotto nga Nurse and unsay mga Pros and Cons?

Like sweldo, environment, people etc. Or any nga ma share ninyo as experience of working sa institution.

if you want to go abroad nindot nga training ground chonghua... Ang mga trainings pud nila ky libre.. pinakadako nga hospital pud ug one of the oldest ky kaavot Naman Sila ug 100 years... in terms of salary mas dako Ang sotto.... kahibaw ka Mo ninja.. sa mga buhatunon... nindot ug benefits... dugay lang ka maregular unlike sa chonghua.... gaghan pud ka ug mga experience sa sotto.,. sa chonghua Ikaw Ang kasab an SA pasyente.. sa sotto Ikaw Ang mangasaba sa pasyente

Both hospital are really good in preparation if you want to go abroad but CHH would be the closest in terms of technology and practice here sa USA thats what i i had noticed when I became a nurse in the US

If you want growth i.e. discipline, training, experience and leadership - CHH.

If you want salary and lots of time for yourself - Sotto.

PS: CHH, I think, still doesn't just accept random good-mannered RN. They select according to what school you come from and your grades before anything else. Yes, grades matter to them coz they know how practical nursing degree is, and so by their logic, good grades = good hospital performance. It makes sense though.

PPS: Silingan namo sa una nagwork sa usa ka public hospital. Ok ra man. Sige lang inom. Usik sa oras actually. But it still greatly depends upon the person. One can work at Sotto and volunteer in their spare time just to widen the POV and decorate the resume.

PPPS: If you're thinking of going abroad in the foreseeable future, both can give you that opportunity. CHH will give you an advantage in the brain department and confidence apart from being just a well-rounded nurse. Your self-esteem will rise once you group yourself together with non-CHH trained RNs.
