I'm planning to open a laundry shop soon. Naa nako space but gamay ra jud akong idea how to run the business. Mao jud nka sayop nako wala ko naka attend og seminar bisan saon nako search wala man jud! ako pangutana bah, pila d.i dapat e.sweldo sa staff, asa maka palit og laundry detergents?

I think you need the following;

1. Washing Machine Front Load, Maytag, LG or speed queen, 12kg ang price more than 80k pesos.
2. Dryer Front Load , whirlpool , LG or Maytag - Naay Gas, electric - pero kasagaran gas ang gigamit kay mahal ang electric.
3. You need water tank
4. Mas maayo daku ang imo space sa laundry shop , at least 25 square meters the bigger the better.
5. Palit paka ug daghan hanger , mga laundry baskets
6. You need to register to DTI for your laundry business name, barangay and City permit.
7. Your crew must attend seminar also so that they will know how to do the laundry.
8. Most of all how to deal with your customer's.
9. Small Laundry shop , setup composed of 2 washing machine , 1 dryer and other accessories including rental and permit . It will cost you more or less 300k Pesos.
10 you need to have extra money for your operating expenses at least 6 to 1 year operation, because we can't say that in your 1st month of your operation you will gain/earn.
11. Take good care to your crew they are your front end to the customers.
12. Important is you should satisfy your customer to your services , so that they will return.
