Naa jud na ang "politics" sa work place, di jud na mawala. Bro Tsunade, if mka try ka og abroad, you will know. Specially when you are working in a multicultural enviroment, dha nmo makita ang "lakas2". Kung manager nmo is Pana then expect you will be in the minority. If naay tangtangay pinoy jud na mauna. Then if kung pinoy pud mka pwesto they will also do the same thing but the other way around. That's a sad fact of life.

as per experience,, basta stop hiring ug dili na gani mamayad ug OT ang companya, unlod na jud na. padung na jud na sa tinaktakay. usa raning fluor sa mga walay ayo nga kompanya in terms of retention sa empleyado. well daghan mani cla... ga parehas lang... nyahahha

Word of advice sa mga bag-o sa Oil & Gas industry, ayaw padak-a inyo ulo kay dgahan nko nakit-an nangapakyas ana. Remember, we are are just a tiny speck from the eyes of the employer.

From my experience, no matter how good or brilliant you are, pero layo ka sa luwag sa imo amo, that good quality of yours doesn't matter.

Bottom line is enjoy your work, don't think too much about office politics and everything will be okay.

With all due respect, I think you're not supposed to tag along everyone working in the company and act as our representative unless you have that position(even them would have reservations).
