Hi Guys, just would like to ask if you guys have encountered this problem with Globe Broadband?
These past few weeks, I've been getting disconnections on the modem/router every 10-15mins but gets back after a min or two.

I already asked help from Globe support and 2 technicians already came here. I'm not sure if I should call support again.

Some details on what I noticed.
int light on the modem starts blinking faster then turns off then turns red.

probably modem issue, mag reset sya after awhile--mine is kinda acting the same way but replacing it will cost me Php1000+ since out-of-contract na ko. still waiting for a loyalty offer to replace modem for FREE

Ilan ba max mbps inoffer nang globe today? and maganda ba services nila?

just keep calling them, and ayaw ipa close ang imo job order # until confirmation na fixed na jud imo issue.

Among 10mbps na 1299 plan kay lugos ka abot ug 3mbps sa speed test. Last sat pani nataod haha! Wla pa kaya na activate sa ila system?

ang prepaid nga lte bai mo abot ug 17Mbps. unya ang postpaid kay nara sa 1.85Mbps. same time, same date test. 7Mbps amo plan unya DIY kit P1099 monthly. pwerte ka fail...

grabiha globelines uy, Oct 10 ni request, na close pag 24, pero wa pa gihapon gi change ang plan. puros nato escalation.

nag agi ka agent pag apply ani boss? mura ing ani sad to ang akoa. ni abot ra ug up to 10mbps after 2 weeks man guro gikan sa pag taud. kay mura ipa activate paman na nila, then kanang up to 3mbps kay para lang naa ka magamit.

ahh same ta, mao sad to pag apply nako. pag ugma dayon gitaud. ahaha. pero mao lge huwat pakas activation pa ana, mas nadugay to ang ako kay tungod wa ko kahatag sa photocopy sa ID nako kay na misplace, gi picture-an ra nila then pag pass nila wa gidawat kay hanap ako picture. mao to gipa send ko nila scanned copy sa ako ID then mga after 3-4 days man guro ato ni 10mbps na.

if last Sat rana nataud, tagae lang sa na ug isa ka semana.. if d jd mo saka txt/tawagi imong agent.
