These past few weeks, I've been getting disconnections on the modem/router every 10-15mins but gets back after a min or two.
I already asked help from Globe support and 2 technicians already came here. I'm not sure if I should call support again.
Some details on what I noticed.
int light on the modem starts blinking faster then turns off then turns red.
probably modem issue, mag reset sya after awhile--mine is kinda acting the same way but replacing it will cost me Php1000+ since out-of-contract na ko. still waiting for a loyalty offer to replace modem for FREE
