Advised Guys if you are offered a Sales Position please refuse kai madismaya ra mo sa changes sa nahitabo ana nga LOB....m referring to Telstra by Teletech....everything is a mess karn nga time...ang comp plan is down from best to worse, and comission namu from July hangtod karn gilimot limutan nlang sa teletech pakan on lang ka ug chocolates,snacks, pizza para dili ka mupalag sa imung commission nga namuti nlang amung mata wala pajud namu nadawat....Telstra is a good company, but here in Teletech this LOB again is a MESS!

tinood ba na lisod sila mudawat ug lisod maka sulod ang mga applicants na gikan sa Telstra TP? sa imo lang pud nahibaw.an. pag submit pa lang sa resume gi ingnan nako dayon hehehe.

It would depends on their assessment brother kung asa na belong imung skills and abilities wherein you can do better....wala may lisud cguro if you just persevere.....but then again take my advise if you are offered an inbound sales position please don't dare to accept kung dka gusto magmahay for the rest of your life in Teletech....

I see. ako nahibungan lang jud kay mura wala man assessment nahitabo hehehe. pag dawat pa lang sa resume dretso man daun ingon apeke kuno kay gikan ko telstra tp, Us accounts nalang daw.

I mentioned in the interview that I went AWOL from the last company I've been with and immediately sensed a dread in the air around the room with the other 4 interviewers during the ops validation. Is it really that big of a deal in telstra that you went AWOL? I mean, it could have been worse if they knew about it in the background check and not from me (like some bpo companies i know). I know that was perhaps a stupid decision that actually made me lose the job, but do you guys think that it could have been better if I just lied all throughout the application process? (ofcourse i did not proactively tell them that hey! I went awol! they caught me offguard with a call scenario and one of them asked me to tell the truth because I dont sound like a fresh grad)

buhi pa diay ni hehe. naswertihan na tawn ko. after 11 months nahatagan na tawn kog gamayng temporary upgrade sa posisyon dri sa telstra nbn captive.

regarding anang gikan tp, wala may problema basta TP to TIPI/captive. ako gikan man ko tp gani. ang dakong problem if gikan kag TP then balhin kag teletech nya telstra gehapon imo gusto.
