Hello,

Diri lang ni nako isuwat kay taga open up nako ani na topic kay daghan kaayo masuko including akong asawa. Catholic ko, sauna sa catholic school ko nag.skwela. The only religion I know, to be honest. Wa sad koy plano mag-ilis religion pero is it really taboo to question your religion?

for example: If naa bati mahitabo nimo pero di ka duol sa lord, Pray lagi dong. Paduol sa Ginoo.

If naa bati mahitabo nimo nya duol ka sa lord, Ana jud na ang life dong. Dawata lang ang pagbuot ni Lord.


Another Example: Kanang Simala. Situated in the middle of nowhere. Sauna unsa man na diha? Wala. Karon kay bustling negosyo na para sa mga locals na didto nag-puyo. Nganu kana ilang mga gitawag na miracles kay adto man jud mahitabo sa mga lugar na layo kaayo? Nganu wa man sa city.

Mga tao mu ingon adto tas simala na para ihatag sa ginoo atong gpangayo. Nganu diay? Mao diay nay basihan sa ginoo? tuo nimo masuko ang ginoo or ma disappointed na sa pinaka duol ra ka na simbahan sa inyo muadto?

Simala is cebu's own disney land.. what was once a place of serenity and worship is now a bustling economic center and an excessive show of vanity..

That's the problem with Catholic people. They build and worship statues. Did God ask us to build statues? Clearly NO..Manangpit ug kinsa pa nang mga SANTOS diha.

and one thing.. Devils can do miracles too.

Can we just discuss without bashing other Religion that is different from what we believe in?

Bad teachers can make religion look bad, the Priests and Pastors have their own issues too. They don't possess absolute understanding of everything that is written in the bible. Their interpretation has flaws.

Why am I bringing this up here? well let's face the fact that not one human being has ever heard the voice of God. Our Christian values and theology comes from the Priests , Pastors and Theologians who obviously are humans, imperfect.

For us Christians, kneeling on a statue is already a big NO. The trend nowadays is people can do everything what they want without observing the law of God. An example: Being Gay is okay now and it's acceptable for us, people. But then, men who practice homosexuality will not inherit the kingdom of God.

Isaiah 40:8 - The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever.
