Spoke with my TL an hour ago and yes, na finalise tanan necessary paperwork a week after my resignation. So naa najud nas Finance ang cause of delay. Asa ang hustisya ana? Kana gani comply kas tanan, pero ang companya fails to do their own side.

Report to DOLE sa local side, now for WIPRO side - Report it to WIPRO OMBUDS. Give them the facts and details (date of resignation etc) if ka remember paka sa employee ID nmo that would be good.

I have done this and was able to received my last within 3 months. Report na sa wipro ombuds bro.
