A brood to growing room should have 100 sq. ft size to house 100 heads per room.
    Things to consider:
-Ventilation (dili ba init kaayo imo lugar? dili ba tugnaw kaayo? meat chickens are fat and need lots of water to cool down)
-reliable genetics and chick supply (ayaw pataka palit piso naay class A,class B, class C, reject. pili.onon na sila, usahay nihit, usahay inbreed sayang ra imo kwarta)
-kuryente (brooding stage is 3 weeks ka mag sigeg heat hila para ma maintain body temperature of 37.8 degrees Celsius sa mga piso)

If u can find a partner, invest na dretso sa fully enclosed ventilation... Its a big one time investment but the pay-off is worth it.. Heres some:
    1. Bigger feed to meat conversion ratio
    2. Lesser mortality rate
    3. Better defense against foreign bacteria
    4. Lesser man power cost
    5. Greater opportunity to get a grower contract
    6. Controlled climate regardless of weather conditions

Family business of 20 years in the poultry industry. My dad quit table egg/layer production during the 2008-2009 Feed hikes caused by dollar economy crisis, and badlungon na trabahante karon lisud control. Everyone wants a 9 to 5 desk job.
