    Question HELP: Best Bank for Joint Savings Account?

    Hi istoryans!

    My partner and I are planning to open a joint savings account next week (and yes, we've talked about this over and over again). Now, I now really sure how to go about with this, so I need your help.

    Here are my questions:

    1. What bank can you recommend, and why?
    2. What are the requirements? (papers, identification, minimum deposit, and etc.)

    Thanks ahead for those who'll reply.

    Ang requirements mao ra neh giingon sa ako partner.. 2 valid ID og 2 copies of 2x2 or 1x1 picture..minimum deposit kono is 5,000 pesos..og personal gyud ka mo-apply aneh.

    Metrobank was the former number one bank in the Philippines and now it is being replaced by BDO. And BPI maintains its ranking on the 3rd spot. You can choose between these 3 banks for your safety. But small banks are useful also when you are aiming for higher interest. They are giving it much.

    you can check out the different websites of the banks you're thinking of opening the account with... that's what i did... it will basically give you all the answers your looking for...

    BPI = Welcome to Bank of the Philippine Islands
    BDO = Welcome to Banco De Oro
    Metrobank = Metrobank

    by the way, this is for a corporate nga joint account right?? or personal lang??
