atot aning pldt oi, applied for a speedster plan, 3 months na wa gihapon ko ma tauran. halos everyweek ko ga follow up. kapoy kaayo ila explanation. wa juy tarong maka tubag nako kung naunsa na, d man sad ko ka lugar adto sa ila office gud so igo ra jd ko followup sa phone. naa ko migo nag apply pod ani sauna, sige daw siya followup everyday para ma tauran. gi suwayan sad nako followup before ug everyday tawag pero wa man gihapon.
Kinahanglan ba jud ta mo apply sa fiber nila na plans or pwede ra kadto ila lower plans pero fiber gihapon i connect? Available na man diay ang fiber sa among area, daghan sila streamers diri sa tisa hills.
Na pldc yung internet namin from aug 22-28. Pero ok yung landline. We called pldt hotline for a technician everyday but did not get a single call from them. The internet somehow fixed itself after 6 days. I called their hotline again for a rebate request. They said that it is not their fault why we lost our internet and thus we are invalid for rebate, .
Can anyone give me advice? or do i just let it go? Parang abuse na to. I have been their customer for 6 years and i have a feeling theyre intentionally forcing me to cancel their service.
Tama ka, sila ang may pinakadaming subscribers d2 sa pinas wla silang paki kung mag unsubcribe yung isang customer. Mga agent sa customer service din nakakapikon. Di nila alam kung bakit na dc kami or kung bakit wlang nag respond na technician for 6 days.
Its about time i try a different ISP, maybe globe or sky broadband. Mag gamble nlng ako and hope na hindi basura yung service nila.
Natauran na jud ko speedster plan after 3 months. grabeh! 10mbps speed, so far so good. Tanawn nya nako kung asa kutob ang speed if ever maabot kos limit..
