Oops! Since only President Duterte can restore his police powers, this will now test how close Tomas is to Duterte. More importantly, this will show whether or not Duterte trusts Tomas. BTW, Osmena man ko. But I think Tommy deserves this one. He can whine & get angry when his choice of police was relieved without informing him before. But he should not have cut the PNP support. di unta ni mahitabo if wala niya gi undang ang support sa PNP like allowances, patrol cars, etc.

I hope this will be rectified soon. I agree that Tom is bullheaded and arrogant, but it is wise sometimes, you have to submit to persons of higher power and authority... in order to radiate the same power towards your constituents.
