I think this series is not from Kishi anymore. The drawings and the style of flow is not from Kishimoto. But the story is quite interesting seeing that new weapon they invented not needing chakra to perform a jutsu, however, it is still too far-fetched because sealing a technique unto a scroll requires chakra. They still need ninjas to do that for the sake of manufacturing those weapons.
