    Kidding aside... yes, FISH and CHICKEN (no skin) ra jud ako gikaon for since May 2016.
    The only variation ani Boss is the way i cook my fish and chicken. hehehe
    ...tinola, inun-onan forever, fried, finger sticks, and more!
    Pero mostly, fried kay mahilig man ko'g dry food.

    Shake man pod ako breakfast and dinner Boss. So lunch ra na nako ang rice & chicken or fish.
    Naa noon koy fruit : kapayas, guyabano, apple (mostly) , bayabas, saging, etc....

    Nag- 1 cup rice + 2 pcs chicken or fish na ko Boss starting from 3rd week of July.
    Before that, i was on ½ cup rice + 1 pc chicken/fish.

    Ang akong meals (a.k.a. calorie intake ) mag-depende jud kung pila akong BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate).
    Kay if my calorie intake is lower than computed/suggested, gutomon man ta.
    If sakto ang calorie intake, dili ka maka-feel og gutom even with the fact nga nag-diet for weight loss diay ka.
    If ever gutomon ka even if you follow your suggested calorie intake, adjust'son man na by adding protein based or fiber based foods.
