• If the father refuses to acknowledges the child or claim that the signature in the birth certificate is forged, then you can ask the court and compel the father for DNA Test

however the court or the mother cannot dictate how much is the financial support given, it has to be balanced according to the financial capability of the father. it will automatically deducted sa iyaha salary, if the employer fails to remit it, the employer is held in contempt by the court...
