  • Visa / Working Permit
  • E-Receipt / Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC)
  • Plane ticket / Flight Details
  • Passport
  • Co-Borrower (Relative / Friend with stable source of income)

Basic Documentary
– Completely Filled Up Application Form
– 2 Government issued Valid ID’s
– 2pcs. 2X2 Pictures
– Latest Electric Bill or Water Bill
– ID of Spouse (if married)Major Requirements
– Copy of Passport
– Copy of Seaman’s Book
– Seafarer Registration Certificate
– Copy of latest contract of deployment with POEA validation
– Embarkation HistoryCo-Borrower
(Spouse or Beneficiary)– 2 Government issued valid ID’s
– 2×2 Pictures (2pcs)
