nice topic... i too like the exchange of views
in my humble opinion:
on the Aboitizland side: pag tsur oi sa mga lot price oi! Before selling the lot to the interested clients MAKE SURE that there are no discrepancies on the parcel size and price. There should be a rule regarding on the discrepancies on the middle of Client's process of paying for the lot. The company should be considerate enough since they are not the only customer in this world, there are other possible parties interested on that lot.
) In short, they should give a full refund, dapat I let go ng Aboitizland, kung ayaw nila (Rance's friend) edi huwag sa mga new prices na ipinapursue namin.
for Rance's friend:
Before purchasing lots, don't rely mostly on bronchures, have it confirmed by another realible land accessor. There is a slight chance that what's indicated in the bronchure is not the right one since they are prone to typographical errors. Read the written contract, I mean the whole page, after reading so have it discussed with a lawyer and ask question's about possibilities and problems might arise in buying a lot.
I would recommend Rance's friend to find a lawyer and attempt a final negotiation to the higher ranking official of Aboitizland if dili madala sa CSM. If not, go for final complaint to give a full refund and file for the cancellation of contract.
joke suggestion ipa Super Bobby ba na or ipa Imbestigador or ipa XXX o di ba ipa Isumbong mo kai Tulfo na.
