RX 480 was made with value in mind. This is for mid-high end gaming. Pang budget gamer ni, Great for those who are using 1080p monitors. And good enough (sorta) for 4k.

980ti is for enthusiast grade builds ( #PCMASTERRACE lol ). Good performance in higher resolutions. Expensive. ( though currently and rx480 medyo overpriced pd dre so hahaha )

Kalayo ra sa difference in terms of performance...

RX 480 = 14k... good for 1080p gaming (somewhat similar performance w/ GTX 970)...

GTX 980 Ti = 38k (pag released), and let's say 25k nlng ang bnew run since there's GTX 1000 series... this GPU is still on TOP and a beast! targeted for 1440p or 4k gaming..
