I applied here the other day. Got hired sa premium account. But sadly unlike sa mga sulti sa mga taw they only offered 18k basic + 3.6k allowance. Was expecting more but that was their final offer. Ako pd gi ask ang mga kauban pd nako nga na hire na gikan og lain na company same ra ang offer pd sa ila. Didn't accept the offer. I don't think its worth it. Heard Account is not easy

And regarding signing bonus of 30k. According to contract if you quit within 1 year you will have to pay 30k back . So once you get hired you are signing a 1year contract with company. So don't be fooled

so far wala jud ko nagmahay. Captive account man gd siya grabe mo hatag ang client. And so far wala jd stress.. I've been to CVG (sprint and citibank, TP (at&t), Aegis (chase) puro premium account so far this is the easiest and the best company sa ako. Based on experience lang ha

- Start up salary range 20k to 30k depending on your years of experience and skills set.

gamay ra diay ang offer nila... 15k basic with 3k allowance... 10% night diff... HMO Maxicare, covered on day 1 but dependents will be after 6 months or 3 months(not sure kay na disappoint ko sa offer sa HR...

was offered without first doing the exams( e.g. Versant, Berlitz and among others).... Taleo and the HR interview... I was hoping for a better offer from this company kay last year friends did apply and worked here and offer nila was beyond 20k... I guess, UHG is not meant for me...

Share lang ko sa akong experience ha:
Nag-apply ko for the assistant manager position ug nindot pa kaayo akong pamati ato kay pasar ko sa tanan; Berlitz, HR Interview Versant, etc and for final interview na lang kuno so "keep my lines open" na lang daw kay tawagan ra kuno ko. After 1 week kay wala paman ko tawagi, nibalik ko kay followup lagi. Giingnan ko ni Marverick nga balik nasab ko next week kay naa pa kuno si Bob Calderon sa Manila next week na sab. Ug sa dihang pag-abot na ni Bob, giingnan man nuon ko nga wala kuno sila naghiring for that position, iya lang daw ko patawagan ni Marverick. Pagka-way klaro na man jud!!! Nanghiring pa ni sila? Sayanga sa oras nga nag-expect ta sa wala!
