Default What is the essence of being a Man or Woman?

One time I and my wife was attended a seminar, we may  call it " A PRE-CANA SEMINAR " one of the requirements before MARRIAGE.... unya ako pa gyuy natungnan anang pangutanaa bisan kami tanan wala kaayo klarong tubag....

Even I didn't know the right answer on that question but let me try .... " A man will be the one who seek money for financial aspects of his family" and " A woman is the ligth, the caregiver, the loving mother to his husband and children".....

Ambot kung unsa gyud ang insakto nga tubag ana pangutanaa!!!

mga amigo ug amiga ko diha, sa inyo opinion unsa kaha ang inyo TUBAG about ana?

Man's-universally speaking- goal is to achieve happiness. So I can say that happiness is the essence of man. If getting married is your means to be happy then pursue it. For me to be happy is to achieved one's goal by one's means and in a rational way. Oneself means that you have to do it on your own if you want to use others then pay him/her due. Rational means to be honest not to deceive others or committing fraud to others and do not violate the rights of another man.

I don't know about other people but personally, I think man and woman are essentially the same, in spirit.

But if you're looking into a more concrete example, then I'll point out that man has a ***** and a woman has a vagina. The man's function is to plant his seeds and the woman is to receive them, resulting into a newborn baby. This is the only practical function physical bodies exist for. And that is the essence between a man and a woman.

However, if we look at it in another approach, we can consider the spirit. It is far more complex than baby making. There are several aspects which form the personality. There is race, culture, environment, technology, and etc. And all of it is unique to each individual perspective, creating a personality of experiences. Not all are the same.

Just as there are manly men and feminine women, there are also feminine men and manly women. If you think deeper about it, gender doesn't describe our total identities and our essences, although it does influence our actions. We are all a collection of experiences, a traveler between consciousness. In that frame of mind, there is no boundary between genders and so in essence of spirit, we are all the same.
