Lebron and Bosh joined Wade in Miami, and during that time Miami wasn't a superpower, they were a steady 1st round exit team under Spo.

GS this time around are stacked with stars and already a dominant team out West and then KD tucked his tail after choking and decided to join this squad hoping to win a chip.

The issue with Lebron is that he set his departure on National TV 'The Decision' and then promised 'not 4, not 5, not 6...' on air but take note that Miami is inferior to the Cavs that time, so he recruited Bosh to go with him. It irked a lot of fans because he was already a superstar and then jumped ship together with a superstar to be in a team with another superstar. Then, there was that management issue bs from Cleveland when we all know Lebron has already made up his mind.

KD almost beat a healthy GS in the WCF but blew away a series they are leading. He and Westbrook even laughed in one interview about Curry's defense, talked like a true winner by telling the media that OKC is not afraid of anybody or any team. OKC even signed Oladipo by trading Serge (was overpowered by Donkey that series tho) because they knew they have a shot at a championship by increasing their back court force next year. One week later, he just signed to a team that spanked him hard enough that he choked. But maybe the Ibaka trade helped him decide to leave OKC asap.

Oh btw, Lebron owned KD all the time.

The main issue here is KD's move is like Isaiah going to the Celtics because he couldn't best them, Jordan going to the Pistons because he couldn't beat them, Bird going to LA since the Lakers bested him, Barkley joining the Bulls after they lost the finals,Malone going to the Bulls because he couldn't beat them,or Lebron joining the Celtics/Magic bec. he couldnt beat em so on and so forth.

This is why it is weak. Im sure they understand it, they just disagree with it.

Yes,Lebron formed a superteam but at least it was not a superteam before he got there.
KD is joining a 73-9 team who was 1 game away from being a back to back champions. A team perfectly capable of winning the title without him.

This move is the very definition of riding on someone's coattails.

Curry's cheap ass contract is coming up, Iggy's contract is also due next year. Even Durant can become a free agent after this season. Interesting to see what they will do next off season
