    Default Diabetics in cebu


    hello fellow istoryans , just want to ask kung kinsay mga diabetic or high sugar diri.
    ask ta ko help kung kinsay doctors na inyo gui adto or unsay mga paagi to lower your sugar levels.
    am still 26 yrs old pero above normal na ako sugar. have been taking metformin already.
    I dont want to take this drug in my lifetime hope you guys maka share notes ta ani and solve this problem together.

    Pila imong bloodsugar bro? ang akoa lastweek ng fasting ko ky 110 ang reading(medyo taas na)...
    sa akoa ky busy mn ko sa work to have an exercise, dire ko sa diet mu control sa akong sugar like more water in the morning, more fruits&vegetables on meals.avoid junkdfoods&fastfoods.no softdrinks&powder juice...2 cups of rice a day(but no skip meal).

    diabetic also here... problema au ko sa ako medical... last nako kay 165 (taking metformin for a week then wla nana rice ha... kung mokaon ko usahay kay mais)

    diabetic line pud diay amo kaliwat.. kay ako mother na operahan na sa tiil tungod sa diabetic

    Guys there are ways to control your blood sugar man. I can't post it here ma suspended ko hehe but usually is that it's should be your diet, exercise and supplementation that will help you control your glucose levels in our body. We have tried the products of Usana Health Sciences and it helped regulate the blood sugar. Prevention is better than cure

    minimize ninyo pag ayo ang foods nga maka spike sa inyo bloodsugar like rice, corn, wheat, oatmeal, flour og milk. kana pud processed food nga combination of fat and sugar like cakes, ice cream, milk shakes. Also sugary drinks, alcoholic drinks og fruit juices. mas maayo inyo kan on ang fruit as a whole than inyo i juice. Ang nindot kan on if ga budget kay utan bisaya nga naay isda nga gi subak. Pwedi pod kamote inyo kan on permi instead of rice. ok ra ang meat basta dili lang kanang gi timplahan og daghan nga asukal. inyo huna2x on permi is protein+sugar is not good, same with fat+sugar. I know its hard but better change your lifestyle while you are not yet too old and your other organs are still working.

    In addition, my bloodsugar last 2012 was border line high and both of my parents and grandparents are diabetics. During my last blood test (2015), the doctor told me my blood sugar level very good.

    Are you guys having DM-2? Basing it with your posts, it seems to be that way. Once you acquire this (save for the type 1), there is no turning back, only maintenance and quality lifestyle. One lacks insulin sensitivity in type 2. There are two ways to help lower blood sugar; vigorous physical activity and paleo diet (whole foods only) or take the meds and paleo diet (the former being non-expensive). Tho you really cant go back to normal levels once acquired, only lowering the spike.
