Try lang pa credit sa imong subjects... If ganahan ka dili lisod lisoron, ayaw na pa enroll ug lisod nga schools... Importante experienced seafarer ka ug naa kay license... Dili na mo discriminate ang mga shipping industries.

Tanan electronics / electrical / automation imoha. Depende if kabalo ang mga marine engineers, pero mostly limited ra ilang knowledge sa electrical / automation... Moral support ra imong madawat. You work on your own... Sometimes alas dos or tres sa kadlawon pukawon ka kay ni tirik mo sa tunga2x sa dagat.

Pero if naay engine room works (mechanical), obligado ka mo tabang... unless naa kay priority works.

Ok ra if ig sakay nimo naay Electrician / ETO sa barko kay naay mo tudlo nimo. Pero if parehas nako before nga ako ra ang "electrician" on board, imoha tanan. Hasta navigational / communication equipment nga wala tay alamag, atoa.

But... if dili najud makaya. Motawag man ug shore technicians ig arrive ninyo sa port. Dili man tanan ma repair / correct sa electrician.

Then most importantly, proper inventory of spare parts and checking / inspection of equipments. Everything must be documented. If naay neeed e report, immediately submit sa Chief Engineer.
