up ta ani kay plano sadko mag masters pero dili sa CS ug IT kung dili as ITPM (Info Tech Project Management)

Advice lang sa mga cool kids and yuppies...
Don't take up a masters degree program if your bosses don't have one... there is a probability your career will suffer.
Else, you can still take but do it secretly, withheld your degree until the right time and opportunity.

The best situations to take up a masters degree are:
1. Your boss has one, even better if PhD.
2. You are endorsed by the company.
For job applicants, it is also not an assurance you will be hired by the company if you have a masters degree, unless the company directly specifies the requirements... Same scenarios apply as written above.
Otherwise, also withheld the information until the right time comes.

sa ako lang tan aw...mas nindot ug duna kai dghang certificates from IT trainings compare aning mag masteral... lingaw lang ning masteral kung ubay2 kag classmates nga mga chicks....

Ahhh I see. About diay sa compensation. Well for me sir kay wala man ko ga apas sa additional sa salary. Ganahan lang ko dili ma stagnant and to have connections sd sa ato industry. Hehehe
