Try usa og online extension Boss. Here's the link: e-Xtend. Based sa akong kaagi, do the online extension 7 to 10 working days before the expiry of your visit pass. Aron naa pa ka'y time to think if ever needed ba jud mo-exit. Anyway, mo-patong ra man ang number of days of your stay if ma-ok ang online extension.

Additional tip : P0k-p0k tech : pag-extend at around 11:58pm karong gabii - Dominggo. And see the results.

Most admin jobs are usually given to locals; including insurance related positions.... dili jud noon tanan.
You got better edge if naa ka'y some more skills to offer.
Kung kahibaw ka'g 2nd language like Mandarin (or Nipongo or German or French, etc), that's a great added value nga makapahumot nimo.

Padayon lang jud og apply online Maam. Ayaw hunong.
Total, naa pa man ka diha. Nothing to loose pa man.

    Goodluck.

hala thanks for your advce boss... uhm unsai pamaagi anang headhunters boss? kasagaran sa jobportlas ang akoa makita kay kanang recruitexpress, bcg etc waley tubag paet

  8. #21728
Kung headhunter jud Maam, usually, wala na bayad. They are paid by the company to get the better candidate.
Pero mo-screen pod na sila on their end. If maka-pasar ka sa ilang taste, i-endorse ka nila to the company for 1st interview.
The the company hires you, good.

My experience with a headhunter was with Hays via monster.com.sg .
Went through 5 interviews, pero ang napilaan sa company is local nga accountant endorsed by a different headhunter!

Kung agency or placement agency, usually, naa ka bayaran. Somethin' like 2 months or 3 months' salary equivalent.
Then mangita sila'g employer nga mo-hire nimo. You'd go through interviews gihapon.

Ang mag-jobhunt nga naa sa SG jud mas naa'y better chance. But that cannot guarantee anything.
As long as mag-sige jud ka apply online, bisag naa pa ka diha, naa jud chance oi.
If you stop applying, aw kana, wala na jud chance.

By the way, it also helps if you create/update your LinkedIn profile.
Daghan nga mga HR's will hunt and check on your profile through that.

    Goodluck.
