1. What are the usual required documents? Passport of course. TOR, birth cert, etc? Di ko familiar sa uban, para unta ma-prepare na ko ba. Need NBI clearance?
2. What should I expect? I mean if ma-interview na ko sa employer and ma-hire nila, aside from job contract unsa ilang ipadala nako?
3. When should I go to POEA and what should I do there? Are there requirements?
4. Naa bay medical padung ngara or prerogative sa employer?
5. Is there a website para maka-check ko asa ang mga barato nga accommodations when nana ko ngara ga-work?

Any other things I need to know? Nag-backread na ko pero layo2 pa kaayo akong lutason para mabasa tanan hehehe.

--1-- The usual : Passport, TOR, University Degree Certificate (diploma sa atoa) and other certifcates of yours.
Usahay, mangayo sila'g birth cert and marriage cert pero tagsa ra kaayo.

--2-- If headhunter ang gatawag nimo, ang headhunter mag-screen pod sa applicants. So sila usa mo-interview nimo. If you passed their screening, ila jud ka i-endorse for the 1st interview ka with the employer.

Then final interview with the employer if ma-hired ka.

The usual talks about job scope, contract, salary and benefits if naa. If you get hired and approved by MOM, ilang i-email sa imo ang IPA or in principle approval sa imong work pass.

Most companies in SG, wala'y ipadala nimo while naa ka sa atoa, as in goodluck to your flight ra jud.
Most companies diri wala anang free air tickets, free accommodation & meals (depende sa job & position), etc.
Naa noo'y free hello kitty ballpen.

--3-- Pwede ka mo-try og pa-register sa POEA while naa ka diha. Ask them for the requirements. You'll need the signed IPA. Backread lang gamay, naa to'y ga-post sa iyang kaagi sa POEA (re: over-quota daw iya employer). Pero ako ika-suggest is ari na sa SG magpa-register kay mas dali ra.

--4-- For first time applicants, required and medical check from an SG medical center. ..so diri na.

--5-- Pa-member sa BisdakSg nga fb group. Naa mga postings didto.
Or, balik-balik diri. Kay usahay naa'y mag-post og available bedspace.

Ahh wat if boss na approve na ang pass nimo sa company A? so dili na pwede nimo mapa cancel noh

pwede paman ma cancell ang IPA...murag 2 months man ang validity ana.
naa ko officemate nga nalimtan siya ug inform sa HR nga approve na ang application.. na expire. gi apply siya usab
murag dili man tingali ka pwede ma apply ug pass kung naa ka IPA.

Usually, 3 to 5 working days Boss of online submission. Usahay, 1 day ra gani.

based on exp.. depende sa company, almost a month akong pass

For the HR's side, mao jud na ila i-sulti.
'coz getting it approved can take 2 weeks to 3 weeks man.
Playing-safe man jud na sila.
But results can come-out or can be seen earlier jud.

Gi-online-submission nila ang imong pass?
Or manual ra?

Try og check sa EP Online Boss if makita na ba. Pamalihog lang sa imong kauban diha sa balay, kahibaw man sila unsaon pag-check bah. Passport number ra man nimo ang needed to see if na-submit na bah. Makita pod nimo ang status. If you want, PM me your passport number. I can check the status for your everyday.

Salamat migo jackdi. Huwat lang ko feedback sa ako headhunter. Gi-check na ko ang Jobstreet SG ug MY gamay ra jud kau applicant, wa kaabot 50. Murag madawat lagi jud ko ani hahaha. #claimingit

ang pag process sa working visa depende sa company profile.. from 3 days to 1 month or more
