i know someone who got hired but got sick on her 2nd week of training. she was advised to rest for several weeks. jpmc never terminated her but waited for her to be well enough to go back to work.

It really depends if they accept your home-based as experience. Usually if you have a call center/BPO background it will really be higher than your current basic pay.
