    Kung ako palang sa Cebu City police, e under surveillance naning mga tawhana (silingan ug possible suspect)... kaysa 2-3 years from now naay anak ug asawa sa pulis mag hilak.

    I can't find information if armed ba ni si John Jason Montes at that time. If unarmed man gani, then clearly, there was no need to kill him.

    Limited ra akong information ani... Opinion2x lang nako.

    Pero if gepatay kaning si John Jason, etc.., naa jud saktong rason ngano. Dangerous doesn't really mean "armed".

    A person might not be "armed" at that moment but can cause much problem later.
