The most basic house coverage is .07%. Ex. if you insure your house for P5M, The premium is P3,500 yearly cover. Plus add around 20% for government taxes. So around P4,200 ang premium. The premium rate will vary depending on house material andlocation.
Regarding business insurance, this encompasses a lot of things. Are you referring to the building, the stocks, the key peronnel, the performance of contractors, cargo?

my dad got the balanced fund minimum investment only... im thinking to switch it to the equity for the meantime that the stock market turmoil is over all though overbought level of it clearly shows im planning to switch it after a correction
