Those who are yet to take the board exam are welcome to apply as Auxiliary Nurses.

Aux and Staff Nurse Requirements:

1. Cover/Application Letter addressed to:

Through:
Chief Nursing Officer
**Include your preferred schedule if full-time / part-time.

2. Resume / CV

3. Photocopy of:

• TOR
• RLE
• Diploma
• PRC Board Ratings
• PRC ID / Board Certificate

4. 2pcs. 1x1 ID Pic and 2pcs. 2x2 ID pic (white background)

5. Certificate of trainings and seminar (if any)

NOTE: fasten all above-mentioned requirements in a long, white folder, and submit to Tojong Inc. Maternity and General Hospital, Lapu-lapu City Chief Nurse's Office.
