Is currently looking for:

DISPATCH COORDINATOR / RESERVATIONIST

Job Responsibilities:

- Dispatching and scheduling all vehicles and Chauffeurs to meet and satisfy clients’ needs
- Input reservations into our system via phone, fax, email
- Route, schedule and coordinate the vehicles.
- Schedule job assignments and maintains an accurate record of assigned limousine activities through Livery.
- Regularly check airline schedules for any changes to flight arrivals.
- Receiving and placing telephone calls
- Ensure assigned Chauffeurs and Greeters meet our quality control standards and confirms assigned vehicles meet our company’s safety and operational standards.
- Documents, tracks, and communicates all incidents.
- Effective communications with chauffeurs, staff and customers verbally and in writing
- Perform miscellaneous projects as needed.


Additionally, the Dispatcher/Reservationist is required to demonstrate the following:

- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- At least 6 months sales and customer service experience
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Must be superior problem solver, detail oriented, quick-thinker.
- Positive and resilient nature with an ability to stay cool, calm and composed under pressure
- Great memory and strong ability to multi-task, all while paying great attention to detail.
- Communicate with clients, including high profile corporate executives and celebrities in an up-beat, positive and professional manner.
- Projects a friendly, professional, and cordial demeanor to all potential and existing clients, chauffeurs, affiliates, greeters, and fleet staff and other co-workers. Professionalism is absolutely critical to this function.
- Responding to and handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment with less supervision
- Dispatch Experience is a plus.
