well thats not new... even before synthetic party drugs flood our society... naa nay mga party drugs before... methodex or any syrup sagul sa redhorse, pokoy ibutang sa bong nga ang tubig kay botong... pinabukalan nga katoyobong unya i chaser sa beer or hard drink... methodex/syrup imnum diretso...

based sa news report sa tv gabii, its more on a mixture of different kinds of drugs added in a drink
such as what @gracie7 posted above. that mixture causes the body temperature to rise and thus damaging the heart.
the effect is heart attack or seems like a heat stroke
