If DIY, try to look up for High-intensity interval training (HIIT) videos

Whatever floats your boat, bai. If you're the type who's
driven to work out religiously then DIY is the way to go.
However if you have the resources, sign up in any gym
    nearest you

Personally, I go for gym because with the health buffs
surrounding you, it will give you a push and be driven
    to work out

    Here's my take:
Either of the 2 may work for you but for it to work you need to have aa) motivation bb) target goal

Naa bay qualified trainers sa gym nga imo paenrollan & analyze what your physiological needs are? kadaghanan sa gym is you enrol to get to use their equipments. Nobody dares to make an exercise/training plan and training zones for you!
Bear in mind that there are different exercise methodologies that target specific physiological needs.
Imho kay you just want to get fit, you just need to do aerobic exercises. If using an HRM that is about 70-80% of your max heart rate. Pls research carefully on these and don't forget to have a recovery and a rest day.

If later on you want to get more than just fit, you may explore interval trainings that targets your lactate threshold or perhaps do vo2max intervals if you already are very very fit.

Also i suggest do not go into any interval trainings not until you have some "base miles" on your exercises.
High Intensity Interval Training targets a different physiological adaptation and is no longer in the aerobic zone but on the anaerobic zone.

    Watch your food/calorie intake too.

currently, nagbalik loob ko sa akong membership sa boxing gym nga member ko since 2008. after ko gioperahan sa thyroid, nag-advise akong doctor nga magpagamay ko kay para di mobalik ang cyst sa pikas thyroid. was 214lbs before operation. after operation kay naa ko sa mga 204lbs. nibalik ko boxing last April 1. akong weight karon kay 185lbs. slowly but surely mabalik ra to akong pinakagaan nga timbang 153lbs.

nakatry na pud ko ug DIY nga fitness program bro and it worked for me kay naa ko taas nga lunch time before wala ra pud nagdugay. if gym ka kay nice pud labi na if naa ka mahimong mga friends nga makapamotivate pud nimo. basta ang kinahanglan ra jud kay momentum. sa pagsugod ra ang lisod. good luck bro... stay fit and healthy.

kung aha nimo feel mas motivated ka. pero naa mai uban makapafit nimo aside from gym, like muay thai ug boxing. naa ko kaila naa daw sa may lahug 500 ra ang permonth man guro nya muay thai. mafit jd ka nya kahibao paka magself defense hehehe kay ang gym man gud, mas maau if kahibao nka sa mga combinations na buhaton nimo and naa kai experience sa exercise gyud para mahit tnan body parts nimo. nya naa man gud time na mu'hiatus imong lawas nya di wa nai improvement sa imong lawas. so dapat naa jd kai program para ma'challenge ka. if magbalay ka, naa man mga videos rn na naay HIIT or kanang naay intense interval training. try to search Blogilates sa fb or youtube have fun being healthy and fit!
