I just withdrew $250 from my new paypal account. I'm using unionbank eon card to receive the funds. More or less 5-7 with $5 transaction fee ang paypal.

Still awaiting for funds

How about Unionbank? Do they charge for the transferring of funds? The currency exchange fees?

My friend who withdraw funds last Sep30 and still no funds yet reflected on his UBP EON account.

If this is the case, then I'll have to stick with XOOM (1day lang nandyan na ang cash)..
