Sales and Marketing Executive
Qualifications:
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Demonstrated experience working in sales or marketing team environment
· Strong organizational and follow-up skills
· Above average computer skills with experience in MS Excel, MS word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
· Bachelor’s Degree and one year experience in sales, marketing, and/or business development
· Flexible
· Has a drive and confidence to meet highly respected and professional individuals in the field
· Willing TO travel and be assigned in different areas. Preferably knows how to drive
Responsibilities:
· Manage projects to make sure that they get completed in a timely manner
· Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
· Report weekly sales forecasts
· Develop market analysis to identify customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates
· Deliver sales presentations/proposals to prospective clients with a successful closing rate
· Develop and manage client & agency relationships
· Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
· Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
· Representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
· Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
· Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person
· Creating detailed proposal documents
· Attend to urgent concerns on the site
· Monitor own collection of account
