As far as i remembered.. kanang Haus32 at 12k/sqm was an introductory iStoryan priceafter Yolanda.
Ang actual price before discount is about P20k/sqm -- mao ni ako nahinumduman ana kang Sir Cirext.

currently im doing the estimates for my company's housing project floor area of the units average from 60 - 90 sqm cost per sqm are ranging from 18.5k to 22.5k fully finish without the cabinets (kitchen & bedroom)
