It remains to be seen. My info is that Rama should win by approximately 50,000 votes if there is no cheating or other forms of manipulation. If the same level of manipulation happens as the last election, Rama's margin will go down to between 12,000-18,000 votes nalang. And Rama will finally get the majority in the council that he so desperately needs. Let us see how accurate my source is.
