i dont know if youve heard of mozy.com
but they give you free 2 gigs of back up online
all you have to do is download their application
install
specify what folders you want to back up automatically
and then your done!

this is good for those who edit files everyday like drawing files or photoshop files
because sometimes we forget to back-up our files
this application runs in the background and does the work for you
its really handy
