Let me refresh our memories on the issue of power shortages in the archipelago.
These started during the reign of Mrs. Corazon Aquino way back in 1986. and such issue has not been addressed ever since. During her term, not 1 power plant was constructed. A stark contrast witht he Marcos term as prior to the Yellows taking over, there were seldom power blackouts.
